Refund Policy

At AdBurner Communication, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, arrive damaged, or be defective. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return a product and receive a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective, damaged during transit, or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If we shipped a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a free pickup and send the correct product or issue a full refund.
  • Product Not as Described: If the delivered product is materially different from the description, images, or specifications listed on our website, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, safety, or licensing reasons:

  • Earbuds, in-ear headphones, and earphones (once opened/used)
  • Screen protectors and tempered glass (once applied)
  • Software, digital downloads, and activation keys
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications by the customer
  • Products purchased during flash sales or clearance events marked as "Final Sale"

If a product is marked as non-returnable, this information will be clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@adburnercommunication.com or call +91-555-123-4567 with your order number, the product name, and the reason for return.
  2. Provide Evidence: For damaged or defective products, attach clear photographs showing the issue, including the packaging.
  3. Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any). Ship it to the address provided with the RMA number clearly written on the package.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Process

After the returned product passes inspection, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking).
  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after inspection approval.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will need to provide your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name).

7. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong product and prefer an exchange over a refund:

  • We will ship the replacement product at no additional cost once the returned item passes inspection.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.
  • Exchange requests follow the same timeline and process as returns.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery and the product will be treated as a return (standard return policy applies).
  • Refund for Cancelled Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

9. Warranty Claims

Many products sold on AdBurner Communication come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty-related issues:

  • Contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty card or documentation included with the product.
  • If you need assistance locating warranty information, our support team is happy to help.
  • AdBurner Communication does not provide separate warranties unless explicitly stated on the product page.

10. Giveaway Prizes

Products received as giveaway prizes are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Giveaway prizes are provided "as is" and are non-transferable. If a prize arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours for a possible replacement (subject to availability).

11. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  1. Request a review by emailing support@adburnercommunication.com with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line.
  2. A senior team member will review your case within 5 business days.
  3. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may seek resolution through applicable consumer protection forums under Indian consumer law.
