AdBurner Communication is an online electronics retail store that sells mobile phones, laptops, tablets, earbuds, chargers, cases, accessories, and other electronic products. 3. Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is included in the displayed price.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Payment must be made at the time of order through our accepted payment methods (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or other methods as displayed at checkout).

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on orders above the threshold amount displayed on our Site (currently Rs. 999).
Express shipping is available at an additional cost as displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and shipping carrier schedules.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

5. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from the product description.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories and tags intact.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Certain products (e.g., earbuds, personal hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, and this will be clearly stated on the product page.

6. Giveaway Rules

AdBurner Communication may conduct giveaways and promotional contests from time to time.
Giveaways are open to residents of India who are at least 18 years old unless otherwise specified.
No purchase is necessary to enter a giveaway unless explicitly stated.
